§ 154.13 VICINITY SKETCH; HORIZONTAL SCALE.
   (A)   A vicinity sketch at a scale of 400 feet or less to the inch shall be drawn on or shall accompany the preliminary plat. The vicinity sketch shall show all existing subdivisions and their names; the tract lines of acreage parcels of land, together with the names of record owners of the parcels; and all street and alley lines immediately adjoining the proposed subdivision and between it and the nearest existing highways or thoroughfares.
   (B)   The horizontal scale of the preliminary plat shall be 100 feet or less to the inch.
