§ 153.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

The Legislature of the Commonwealth of Kentucky has in KRS Chapter 100 delegated to local government units the authority to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the city hereby adopts this floodplain management chapter.
