§ 121.99 PENALTY.

(A) The violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by fine not to exceed the amount permitted under KRS 534.040 for violations per solicitor and each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) A violation of § 121.16 shall be punishable consistent with KRS 534.040(2)(c). A violation of §§ 121.17 or 121.18 shall be punishable consistent with KRS 534.040(2)(a).
