§ 112.02 STREET FAIRS AND CARNIVALS.
   It shall be unlawful to set up, conduct, maintain, or operate any itinerant street or indoor fair, carnival, or other similar amusement, however designated, within the city, unless prior approval is granted by the Board of Commissioners.
