§ 97.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve (12) months, or by both a fine and imprisonment. Every day any violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 97.002 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) nor more than the limits set forth in KRS 534.040. Every day any violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
