§ 97.045 DRIVING ON BARRICADED STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive over, along, or across any of the streets or avenues of the city where the streets or avenues are in process of improvement and where barricades have been erected in order to close the streets and avenues to travel during time occupied in improvements.
