§ 97.041 SIDEWALK CUTS; DRIVEWAY APRONS.
   The Director of Public Works shall be given 24 hours notice prior to any work to be performed by the permit holder. All sidewalk cuts shall be replaced with original width unless the cut shall exceed 25 feet in length in which case the sidewalk shall be formed and poured to a five-foot width and a thickness of four inches with the exception of all driveway aprons. All residential driveway aprons shall be a minimum of ten feet wide; all commercial driveway aprons shall have a width of 15 feet minimum to 25 feet maximum with three feet flares on either side at the edge of road or curb. The flares shall angle at an extended three feet toward the property line. All driveway aprons shall be six inches of thickness of concrete reinforced with number 10 welding wire mesh from edge of the improved portion of the public right-of-way to the property line.
