§ 97.026 OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC WAYS WITH LUMBER, BOXES, RUBBISH.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to leave lumber, stone, bricks, or any other thing, which obstructs the travel on any of the streets or sidewalks of the city except as permitted by law to persons engaged in erecting or repairing houses or other buildings.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to store, stack, or place boxes or rubbish of any kind in any of the streets or alleys of the city, or to erect or maintain stairways that extend over any of the alleys within the city.
