(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to spit on any sidewalk of the city, or on any floor, or on any furniture or fixture in the city building, or in any public building or within a public conveyances within the city.
(B) It is hereby made the special duty of the Police Department and those in charge of public buildings and conveyances to report violations of the provisions of this section.
