(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to expose for sale any goods, wares, vegetables, merchandise, or furniture on any of the sidewalks of the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale goods, wares, or merchandise, clocks, jewelry, gold, silverware, plateware, pictures, spectacles, drugs nostrums, perfumes, patent medicine, or anything at public auction or public outcry from a stand, conveyance, or box or other manner on the streets or alleys of the city.
