§ 97.018 TRAVELING OVER GRASSPLOTS, CURB AND GUTTER PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to walk, ride, or drive across grassplots, on the sidewalks of the city within the curb line where pavements have been laid, abutting the property where the grassplots shall be enclosed.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive an animal or vehicle over the combined curb and gutters in the city, except at points provided in the construction of curb and gutters, without first providing bridging of plank, properly placed in order to protect the curb and gutters from injury.
