§ 97.015 OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WAY BY FENCE PROHIBITED.
   No person shall fence off or obstruct by his fence, any street, alley, or sidewalk, or any part of same nor shall any person permit the fence to remain so as to obstruct the street, alley, or sidewalk after being notified to remove it by the Director of Public Works.
