§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, other than § 90.21, shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than any stated amount provided in KRS 534.040(2).
