When appropriate signs or street markings are installed, the following areas are hereby provided and reserved for the parking of official vehicles of the city as are designed by the City Manager. The Director of Public Services is hereby directed to install appropriate signs and street markings to carry out the provisions of this schedule. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to carry out the provisions of this schedule and to take appropriate steps to enforce these provisions.
