** Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of this regulation who chooses to prepay the administrative penalty, the rate shall not be less than $10. If a violation of this regulation results in a uniform citation being issued, any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this regulation shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine not less than $10 nor more than any stated amount provided in KRS 534.040 for a violation offense.
*** Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this regulation shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as set forth in § 72.999(P). Exempted from these provisions are the Municipal Parking Lot in the 1500 block of Greenup Avenue and the Municipal Parking Lot located at the corner of 14th Street and Winchester Avenue as they are governed by Ordinance No. 122-2004, as amended by Ordinance No. 69-2011. Also exempted is Mayo Plaza from the east side of 13th Street to 17th Street. Further exceptions to the two-hour parking intervals are as follows: the south side fo Greenup Avenue from 17th Street to 18th Street; the south side fo Central Avenue from 17th Street to 18th Street.
**** Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of this regulation who chooses to prepay the administrative penalty, the rate shall not be less than $10. If violation of this regulation results in a uniform citation being issued, any person, firm or corporation who shall violate the provisions of this regulation shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine not less than $10 nor more than any stated amount provided in KRS 534.040 for a violation offense provided that any person guilty of a violation of the terms of this ordinance three times within a 30-day period shall thereafter be punished by a fine for each subsequent offense of not less than $50 nor more than the maximum amount for a violation stated in KRS 534.040.
