SCHEDULE IV. LOAD LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle over or on the following streets or portions thereof, when the weight of the motor vehicle, including the load thereon, exceeds the limit indicated. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to take appropriate steps to enforce the provisions of this schedule. The Director of Public Services is hereby authorized and directed to install appropriate signs to carry the provisions of this schedule into effect.
