§ 72.091 PARKING ON SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE.
   (A)    SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTE. Any public street, highway, or thoroughfare designated by the City Manager as a snow emergency route and posted by the Department of Public Services with special signs properly identifying the route. The special signs on the route shall be posted at intervals not exceeding 1,000 feet and shall be posted on both sides of the route.
   (B)   No vehicle is authorized to park in any public way designated as a snow emergency route when a stage 1 snow emergency has been declared by the City Manager.
