§ 72.012 PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   From and after the effective date of this section, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place, park or leave standing any motor home, bus, boat trailer, or any other trailer designed for hauling materials of any description and including, but not limited to, garden and lawn trailers and camper trailers, upon any public road, street, avenue, alley or boulevard, bridge, viaduct or trestle and the approaches to them, or any other public right-of-way within the city.
   (B)   For the purposes or this section, any vehicles described in division (A), above shall be deemed to be parked or left standing when it remains unmoved from the general area for a period of time exceeding six hours.
   (C)   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and directed to take appropriate steps to enforce the provisions of this section.
