All trucks with three axles or more, either straight-frame or tractor-trailer combination, are restricted to state or federal designated highways except above defined trucks may not use the section of State highway commonly referred to as Winchester Avenue between 13th Street and 33rd Street. Trucks with three axles or more, either straight-frame or tractor-trailer combination may travel off state or federal highways for pickup and/or delivery or while in transit to a destination off-highway via the most direct route.
