§ 71.45 CHARACTER, TYPE OF DEVICES TO BE USED.
   (A)   There is hereby designated the character and type of traffic signals, signs and markers to be used in the city as follows.
   (B)   Traffic-control signals shall be of the suspended aerial type similar to those now in use as manufactured by the Crouse Hinds and Tokheim Companies or their equal.
   (C)   The official color of all informative traffic markers shall be yellow with black embossed letters, similar to those adopted by the National Highway and Safety Conference.
   (D)   Safety zone markers and anchored street markers shall be constructed of cast iron or steel and be of the reflector type similar to those manufactured by K.E. Erickson Company, Inc., or their equal.
   (E)   Danger and warning signals shall be of the reflector type in conformity with the standards of United States Bureau of Public Roads.
