§ 71.04 USE OF ROLLER SKATES, COASTERS, SKATEBOARDS AND OTHER WHEELED VEHICLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person on roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device to go on any roadway except while crossing the street on a crosswalk.

   (B)   No person shall ride a skateboard or other platform with wheels attached or propel themselves with roller skates upon any sidewalk or street within the following downtown district: Such Central Business District shall be encompassed by the boundary streets of Front Street on the north, both sides of 13th Street on the west, both sides of Central Avenue on the south and 20th Street on the east.
