(A) The Cemetery Division is created in the Department of Parks and Recreation. The Parks and Recreation Department shall assume the responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Ashland Cemetery located on Belmont Street and all properties related thereto under this Division. The Division shall consist of employees as shall be approved by the Mayor and Board of City Commissioners.
(B) On matters relating to the Cemetery Division, the Department of Parks and Recreation shall coordinate efforts with the other departments of the city with the direction of the City Manager.
