§ 33.66 COST RECOVERY.
   (A)   In the event that the city ultimately must pay for clean-up and removal of a hazardous material, the city Fire Department may pursue all appropriate legal avenues to initiate action against the spiller to recover all costs incurred.
   (B)   All supporting agencies shall assist the city in initiating action to recover all cost incurred in the handling of the hazardous materials incident.
