§ 50.099 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS OF SYSTEM EXTENSIONS.
   Upon completion of any extension of the public sanitary sewer system of the city, the city shall send official notice to owners of property required by § 50.095 to make connection with such system that such connection shall be made as provided in this subchapter.
