It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, corporation or corporations, individual or individuals, co-partners, both as principals and agents to engage in business in the town as traveling photographers, street fakers, or to exhibit for pay any caravan, menagerie, circus, tent show, carnival, rope or wire dancing, legerdemain, tent theater, tent moving picture show, ventriloquism, puppet show, conceit or wagon show, without having first procured a license so to do.
