(A) Each transient merchant, solicitor, or peddler desiring to do business within the town shall file his or her verified application for a license for that purpose with the Clerk-Treasurer.
(B) Such application shall state the following:
(1) The name and residence of the applicant;
(2) The room, building, vehicle, railroad car, store shop, vacant lots, parking lots, tent, or other structure in which the applicant expects to do business;
(3) The make and character of the goods, wares, and merchandise he or she intends to sell;
(4) The length of time for which he or she desires to do business; and
(5) Such other matters which may reasonably be required.
