§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 94.02 shall be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 36, Appendix A.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.19 shall be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 36, Appendix A.
