§ 94.18 TREE BRANCH CLEARANCE ABOVE SIDEWALK.
   No owner of any property within the town shall permit any tree or any limb or branch of any tree projecting over any sidewalk in any public street to be lower at its lowest point than seven feet over and above the sidewalk.
