§ 70.36 DRIVING RULES.
   (A)   Unlawful possession of highway sign or marker.
      (1)   Traffic-control signals, signs or markers owned by the village shall be possessed only by the village's employees, police officers, contractors or their employees engaged in highway construction, contract or work upon the roadways or public ways approved by the village.
      (2)   It shall be a violation of this chapter for a person to possess such a traffic-control signal, sign or marker without lawful authority.
   (B)   General speed restrictions. The speed limits on the various streets shall be approved by the Village Board. See Ch. 74, Sch. IV.
   (C)   U-turns prohibited. No driver of a vehicle shall make a "U-turn" on any street or at any intersection of any streets in the village where they are prohibited.
