§ 151.201 GENERAL.

   These Regulations, having been adopted by the Archbold Council and Planning Commission according to statutory requirements, shall be administered and enforced by the Village Engineer and Planning Director, with the assistance of other government agencies and legal counsel. Discretionary, conflicting, or disputed aspects of these Regulations shall be interpreted by the Village Engineer and, in the event of their absence, the Planning Director.
