A mobile food vehicle operator, prior to commencing mobile food vehicle operations within Archbold, shall furnish the Engineering/Zoning Department with the following documents and information:
(A) A current, written certification that the mobile food vehicle has passed all necessary inspections required by the Archbold Fire Department;
(B) A current written certification that the mobile food vehicle operator and the mobile food vehicle have passed all necessary inspections and are in full compliance with the requirements of the Fulton County Health Department;
(C) Proof of registration with the Archbold Income Tax Division;
(D) A current certificate of insurance evidencing general liability coverage in the minimum amount of $1,000,000;
(E) Copy of current/valid state mobile food vendor license (front and back);
(F) Copy of current/valid Fulton County Health Department License, issued in accordance with R.C. Chapter 3717.
(G) A plan for electric, water and sewer needs, if situated on public property; and,
(H) Each mobile food vehicle operator approved to deploy on public property shall also provide information in accordance with § 113.06 or as requested by the Engineering/Zoning Department to ensure the general welfare and safety of the public.
