§ 155.084  STREET LIGHTS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.
   The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with street lights and fire hydrants, the quantity and type of which will be determined by the Commission. The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with street lights and fire hydrants at street intersections and at such other locations as the Commission may direct.
