(A) A subdivider desiring approval of a plat of a subdivision of any land lying within the jurisdiction of the Commission shall submit a written application for approval of the overall provisional plat therefor to the Building Commissioner. Subsequent to the approval of the overall provisional plat, a subdivider desiring approval of a record plat of a subdivision shall submit a written application therefor to the Building Commissioner. Such applications shall be prepared on the forms provided by the Building Commissioner and accompanied by the information, requirements and plans set forth in § 155.023 of this chapter, all in accordance with the requirements set forth in this chapter.
(B) The applications shall be accompanied by a check or money order made payable to the Clerk-Treasurer in an amount which is in accordance with the following fees:
(1) Overall provisional plat: $50, plus $1 for each lot;
(2) Re-submitted overall provisional plat (which previously has been rejected): $50, plus $1 for each lot; and
(3) Record plat: $150, plus $1 for each lot.
(C) No part of these filing fees shall be returnable to the applicant.
