§ 113.08  RECORDS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every pawnbroker and secondhand dealer shall keep a book, in which shall be recorded at the time each loan, an accurate account and description, in the English language, of the goods or article pawned, pledged or purchased, the amount of money loaned thereon, the time of pledging the same and the name and residence of the person pawning, pledging or selling the goods or article.
   (B)   If the goods or article is sold by weight, a true and accurate account of the weight thereof shall also be recorded.
   (C)   No entry in such book shall be erased, obliterated or defaced.
