§ 112.21  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall undertake, hold or conduct a fireworks display without first obtaining a license from the town.
   (A)   The license shall be acquired from the office of the Clerk-Treasurer after the Town Council and its President have reviewed and have authorized the issuance of the same.
   (B)   The license fee shall be $25 and the license shall be valid only on the day or evening that the display is held.
   (C)   The Town Council and its President may approve the license and may impose conditions and restrictions to ensure the safety of the public in connection with the issuance of the license.
