§ 112.03  LICENSE APPLICATION; ISSUANCE.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation desiring a license to engage in an activity specified in § 112.02 of this chapter shall file a written application, together with the fee and deposit prescribed in § 112.04 of this chapter with the Clerk-Treasurer, listing the name and address of the applicant and that of each officer, partner or business associate and the nature of and intended location of the activity to be licensed. The Clerk-Treasurer shall forward the license application to the Town Council for its review.
   (B)   If the Town Council is satisfied that the location is suitable for the purpose of the intended activity, that it will safely accommodate the patrons, that the nature of the performance or exhibition will not be in violation of any law or ordinance and that the use of the location will not put a burden upon the Police and Fire Department, the Town Council may authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to issue the license.
   (C)   The Town Council may impose conditions and restrictions to ensure the safety of the public in connection with the issuance of the license.
