The fee for performing any activity specified in § 112.02 of this chapter shall be $25 for each day or part thereof. In addition, the town may order the deposit of a cash bond of not more than $1,000, conditioned upon the restoration and cleaning up of the location of the activity in a manner satisfactory to the Town Council. In the event the location is so restored and cleaned up, the deposit shall be returned; otherwise, the deposit shall be forfeited to the town.
