§ 111.34  OBSTRUCTING PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED.
   It is a violation of this subchapter for any person, either selling or offering for sale, any article or service by peddling or soliciting in any place, to obstruct or cause to be obstructed, the passage of any sidewalk, street, avenue, alley or any other public place, by causing people to congregate at or near the place where any article or service is being sold or offered for sale. In addition to other penalties provided herein, violation of this section shall also constitute a nuisance under §§ 92.01 through 92.12 of this code of ordinances.
