(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of § 94.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $10 and a maximum fine of $2,500, in addition to costs. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. In addition to the foregoing, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation of any other entity who shall be in violation of § 94.01 of this chapter.
