(A) The Town Council hereby adopts the following rules and regulations which will apply to its parks.
(1) No drugs will be tolerated.
(2) Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
(3) Please use provided receptacles, and littering is subject to a fine.
(4) Fires are permitted only in provided grills.
(5) Overnight camping is not permitted.
(6) All plants and structures within the park are protected by law and any persons damaging the same will be prosecuted and subject to a fine.
(7) All pets must be on a leash and attended at all times.
(8) All motorized vehicles must remain in parking areas.
(9) Soliciting without written consent and/or a written license (if required) is not permitted.
(B) The park will be open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and no person shall use the park premises or be located thereon between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
