No person, party, corporation, partnership, sole proprietor or entity of any kind or any type shall operate a motor vehicle which has a registered gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds or more on that portion of Howard Avenue, which runs from East Street to Olive Street, and on that portion of Olive Street, which runs from 307 South Olive Street to Howard Avenue. Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 70.99(B) of this traffic code and said § 70.99(B) of this traffic code provides that any person violating any provision of the traffic or parking schedules of this traffic code or of any resolution past pursuant hereto when promulgated by the posting of an appropriate traffic sign, upon conviction of any and for each such violation, shall be punished with a minimum fine of $10 and a maximum fine of $1,000.
