§ 71.38  OPERATION ON DESIGNATED ROUTES WITHIN THE TOWN.
   (A)   A person shall not operate a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle on the designated routes within the town: at a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper having due regard for conditions then existing; provided, however, in no event shall a person operate a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle in excess of 20 mph.
   (B)   A person operating a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle shall be subject to and shall obey all traffic and parking laws of the town and shall obey all traffic devices, markings and signs, including stop and yield signs, posted by the town.
   (C)   A person operating a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and to all other traffic using the streets, sidewalks, alleys and rights-of-way located within the town.
   (D)   A person shall not operate a snowmobile or an off-road vehicle on any street, road, alley or other public way in the town, except on the streets specifically designated and during those hours listed in § 71.37 of this chapter.
