§ 71.20  REGULATION OF SKATEBOARDS.
   No person riding on or by means of a skateboard, coaster, scooter or similar wheeled toy vehicle or device shall park, stand or use the same upon the streets, roads, sidewalks, grassy areas and public parking areas located within the following public right-of-way in the town:
   (A)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Main Street where the same is located in the town (from Scherer Avenue to S.R. 19);
   (B)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Shaffer Street from the intersection of Main Street and Shaffer Street to the south side of the intersection of Shaffer Street and Franklin Avenue;
   (C)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Hamilton Avenue from the intersection of Shaffer Street and Hamilton Avenue to the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and S.R. 19;
   (D)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Madison Avenue from the intersection of Shaffer Street and Madison Avenue to the intersection of Madison Avenue and S.R. 19;
   (E)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Marion Avenue from the intersection of Shaffer Street and Marion Avenue to the intersection of Marion Avenue and S.R. 19;
   (F)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Howard Avenue from the intersection of Shaffer Street and Howard Avenue to the intersection of Howard Avenue and S.R. 19;
   (G)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Broadway Avenue from the Intersection of Shaffer Street and Broadway Avenue to the intersection of Broadway Avenue and S.R. 19; and
   (H)   All of the area within the public right-of-way commonly known as Franklin Avenue from the intersection of Shaffer Street and Franklin Avenue to the intersection of Franklin Avenue and S.R. 19.
