§ 50.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 50.20 through 50.26 of this chapter, or who undertakes, permits or allows an act of conduct prohibited herein, shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $2,500, in addition to costs. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
      (2)   In addition to the penalty provided in division (A) above, the town is empowered to obtain a restraining order and/or a permanent injunction against any person, firm, corporation or any other entity who shall be in violation of §§ 50.20 through 50.26 of this chapter. A person against whom the town recovers a judgment shall pay all costs of the court action and the town’s attorney fees.
