(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates § 94.01 shall be fined not more than $100 and forfeit said skateboard, roller skates, in-line skates, or bicycle which was being operated.
(C) Whoever violates § 94.02(A) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and may be fined in an amount not to exceed $100 for each violation. (R.C. § 723.011)
(E) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.18 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
