§ 94.01 BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES, AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No person shall use, ride, or otherwise operate a skateboard, in-line skates, bicycles, or roller skates upon a sidewalk or street within the village without due regard for the health or safety of persons or property. This rule constitutes that pedestrians and all vehicles on village or state roadways within the village have right of way. Additionally, PROPERTY refers to lawns, landscaping, parked vehicles along roadways or in private drives, or any other object which may be erected along the roadway which is private property. Such as mail boxes and paper boxes shall not be damaged through the use of such vehicles defined in this section.
   (B)   Wheeled vehicles specified in this section shall be permitted to operate from the time of one-half hour after sunrise to one-half hour before sunset. Exception to this rule will be bicycles properly equipped with head lights and reflectors per present ordinance which allows for operation after dark until curfew established by the village.
   (C)   Should non-compliance with this section become a continued problem within the village and repeat offences occur, the Village Council will be granted the right to withdraw this section and declare no such wheeled vehicles will be permitted on sidewalks or roadways within the village.
