§ 94.02 MAINTAINING SIDEWALKS, CURBS, AND GUTTERS.
   (A)   No owner or occupant of abutting lands shall fail to keep the sidewalks, curbs, and gutters in repair and free from snow, ice, or any nuisance. Each day of such failure shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be the duty of the owner or of the occupant of each and every parcel of real estate in the village abutting upon any sidewalk to keep the sidewalk abutting his or her premises in repair and free and clear of snow and ice, and to remove therefrom all snow and ice accumulated thereon within a reasonable time which will ordinarily not exceed 12 hours after the abatement of any storm during which snow and ice may have accumulated.
      (2)   No person shall rake, dump, or otherwise deposit, or cause the deposit of any leaves or other substances or objects in the gutters of the village streets.
