§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   If any person shall refuse or neglect to pay the charges for water usage or other charges when due, the water may be turned off, providing a ten-day notice has been given the property owner and/or occupant. Said water will not be turned on again until all charges have been paid. If any person shall use or permit the use of water contrary to the rules and regulations governing the same, or violates any of the provisions of the rules and regulations for the management, operation, and protection of the village Water Department, the water shall be immediately turned off without any preliminary notice and not turned on again until such acts have been corrected and restitution made with the Board of Public Affairs.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 51.44, 51.45, or 51.46 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
