§ 51.46 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.

No person, other than a duly authorized representative of the village, shall tamper with or turn on a fire hydrant for any other purpose without obtaining the consent of the Board of Public Affairs. Anyone who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
