§ 12-4-1 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS WITHIN RESIDENTIAL AREAS AND OTHER ROADS.
   It is unlawful for any person, partnership, association, company or corporation to:
   (A)   Operate a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating (“GVWR”) in excess of 10,000 pounds on the public streets in any residential area and other roads within the corporate limits of the city, except roads as indicated in Vol. I, § 12-4-2; or
   (B)   Use the vehicles on the public streets in any residential area to access private property except for the purpose of parking within the restrictions of Vol. I, § 12-3-9.
